Wild Garlic Table cookery school is situated in the pretty town of Ramelton.

Formerly a bank and now a family home, a majestic Edwardian house is now the venue for a very special evening. Ballymaloe trained and a lover of seasonal and local produce, Pauline presents the perfect classes for the aspiring and enthusiastic  chef and also  a relaxing night out with friends in a lovely historic home.  Sit back, relax with a complimentary glass of wine and discover some forgotten skills like making  soda bread  and butter.

We also offer a range of regular cooking classes which are seasonally based and use all local produce.
