Inishtrahull View is a delightful self catering cottage that sleeps two adults and 2 children with a stunning east facing view of Lough Swilly. It has a master bedroom with double bed and an additional double sofa bed, which we recommend for children, in the spacious living room.
This would have been the home of the principal lighthouse keeper. Relive the life of a keeper but with modern conveniences in this beautifully refurbished house and take a walk around our magnificent working lighthouse. Look out for cetaceans or, at the right time of year, catch the Northern Lights. A totally relaxing holiday experience awaits.

Absolute perfection! I have never stayed in such a special place! To stay at a lighthouse is a great experience. The views around here are absolutely breathtaking. Our accommodation was called the Dunree View. It’s a place for two people… There is no wifi or tv which is wonderful. Why hang your head down mindlessly on your phone when you have such beauty around you.

Probably the only accommodation in Ireland where you don’t mind if the weather is stormy, as it was for two of the three nights… The walls are massively thick and you don’t hear the weather outside. Huge radiators leave the cottage very cosy. No WIFI, no telly. Mobile phone signal just appearing in certain parts of the house. We drove to the pub and walked back (downhill, 10-15 minutes) then Id go and pick up the car in the morning. All in all, a brilliant experience.”

Unforgettable stay Just spent 4 days in Tory View and I am missing it already. The accommodation is top notch, everything provided. Kitchen has everything, working stove, comfortable beds, great shower. This has been one of the most magical and relaxing stays I have had anywhere.
