Description
The book divides the beautiful county of Donegal into regions (Inishowen, Fanad, Rosguill, North West, Dawros, Slieve League… etc), and at the end of each chapter, there is an address section with restaurants, café, gift shops, places to stay and activities to try out around, including surfing with Narosa in Dunfanaghy.
The book will be available in French, and in English : the english version is being translated at the moment by a professional translator.
The book doesn’t include 100000 addresses and activities, it is not a list like you would find in tourist guides such as Lonely Planet or else. The author has selected just a few places and activities, the ones that are a real gem and deserve to be experienced. She sees the book as a confidential guide to Donegal, an explorer’s guide for people who wish to take their time when travelling.
